Bluebell Class Trip to Grimsthorpe Castle

Bluebell class have been to Grimsthorpe Castle this week for their school trip. Luckily, the sun shone on both days. We started our tour by looking around the grounds, smelling the different flowers, and herbs before going into the castle. The castle was nice and cool, we enjoyed looking at the lights and were shown a video about the history of the castle. We had our lunch under the tree looking out to the lake in the shade to keep nice and cool. We enjoyed our time at Grimsthorpe Castle, but walking around the grounds was our favourite bit.
