Indian Experience Day

This week at Willoughby all children have enjoyed 'The Indian Experience'.  The facilitator Sunita returned to Willoughby to share her culture and religion with us.  We had the opportunity to look at Hindu artefacts including colourful tapestries.  Sunita explained the interesting stories behind them. She then taught us Bollywood style dancing.  All children really enjoyed the movement and music, engaging superbly. Sunita also brought lots of beautiful clothes for us to try on and explore.  Everyone enjoyed the different colours, textures and sights of the clothing.  We all had a wonderful time and we can't wait for Sunita to return to Willoughby.
